Just days after actress Susan Sarandon owned up to having had liposuction done on her face, another Hollywood artist has come forward admitting to having undergone lipo as well.
Former American Idol star Clay Aiken admitted he got a whole new makeover for the new season of “Celebrity Apprentice.”
The singer came clean about having liposuction performed on his chin during an appearance on Tuesday’s “Watch What Happens Live” show.
“I had surgery on my jaw for a TMJ disorder thing, and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there,” admitted Aiken. “I was like, ‘You know what, while I’m already down, go ahead and take the vacuum in there and suck the fat out of my chin.’”
Knocking two birds with one stone seems like a smart thing to do. Although Aiken and Sarandon may have no qualms about admitting their cosmetic surgery secrets, other Hollywood stars would never dream of it.
The field of plastic surgery has come a long way, and with liposuction as one of the most popular cosmetic procedures in the world, the stigma behind getting work done has become a thing of the past.
Liposuction is a great way for people to get rid of stubborn fat that regular diet and exercise can’t target. There are several different procedures, each geared toward the varying needs of patients as well as their unique body types.
Plus, some lipo treatments are so minimally invasive that patients will experience minimal to no bruising and can even be back at work the same or following day.
